Your move. Most people benefit from taking in 1000 IU of vitamin D daily, so eat more D-rich foods, such as seafood [salmon, tuna and mackerel are good bets). Or take a vitamin Ds supplement, says study author Adit Ginde, an assistant professor of emergency medicine at the University of Colorado at Denver, US.
